Members of the learning team have chosen to conduct research on the levels of alcohol abuse among native youth in America and have identified the most effective tool to get the desired information on the aggregate topic . The team has chosen the questionnaire as the most effective tool to get the most comprehensive data concerning the aggregate topic alcohol abuse in native American youth

The questionnaire seeks to identify the extend of this problem among the youth in terms of percentage

across various age brackets , stages in education which range from 12 to 17 years and the other category of youth are aged 18 and over . The tool also seeks to gather data on demographic factors , specifically race and ethnicity as well as population with emphasis on their locality . American Indian youth have been chosen for this research and the tool will asses them on various aspects of drug abuse such as exposure and level of education (CDC Wonder Data , 2010

On ethnicity and population , the questionnaire is very effective in calculating the percentage of drug users with regard to the total population of the ethnic grouping who are under 24 years of age . The choice of the ethnic grouping is effective as they present researchable cases and are the dominant ethnic grouping hence the tool will obtain reliable data .
