Steep analysis has a number of shortcomings in formulating a good scenario planning . This is because steep analysis groups environmental influences into many groups such as political , economical social and technological forces which requires different format in formulation of scenario planning which enable people to thinking skills that are dynamic and creative

There are a number of shortcomings in steep analysis that hinder formulation of scenario market . Some of them

include political instability whereby incase of political instability it influences the environment negatively towards training of people and therefore , it hinder access to good framework of reference used to test the state of prevailing strategic plan

Economical problems are also prevailing shortcomings since if the economic status of a company is down it cannot be able to effectively formulate these scenarios planning which is of great challenge in planning . During hard economic constrains , companies can not implement this planning system since even the staffs can not have access to basic training which is required in scenario planning

Social problem is another barrier that hinders proper formulation of scenario planning . These social problems can include lack of co-operation between staff and managers , trainer and trainee and even between staffs themselves . Social status of every organization greatly contributes to its basic planning since it influences the good environment to operate on

Technological forces also contribute greatly to the formulation of scenario planning . Since scenario planning basically entails training the technology in the surrounding environment matters greatly since it facilitates training of different individual

Therefore these shortcomings can be improved by an organization to facilitate scenario planning for maintaining dynamites and creativity in an institution

Difference between routine incident and critical incident

Routine incidence requires a reporting system whereby a report is compiled based on the findings carried out within the incident area . At time the reporting system may be poor at identifying all the details required . In critical incident the reporting system ensures that the critical incidents are appropriately reported and only the occurrences are reported

Critical incident basically involves those occurrences that can result to bodily harm , damage of various properties and many other occurrences which adversely affect an individual person or a community whereas basically in routine incident no harm is expected since it does not involve traumatic events as in critical incident where powerful emotional reactions are experienced (David F .Wee 2004

Critical incident does not occur often and they are taken care of when they arise since they can happen at any time and anywhere . Whereas in routine incidents are practices carried out on daily basis for example attending to different patients admitted in hospital or any other form of routine jobs carried about

Routine incident can result to build up of stress in individual and it continues to accumulate and if no adequate measure is taken it can result to excessive build up of stress . This is evidenced in those individuals...
