Many talks and treaties have been signed between nations that run these programs but despite this , these weapons still remain a big challenge The failure to reduce nuclear proliferation or to control its indulgence has left many wondering whether weapons of mass destruction are inevitable but the truth is that if all alternatives in the disposal are explored and effectively applied , then nuclear proliferation in the world would significantly be reduced if not stopped completely
