Audience : The nature of the audience is also important . A good interpersonal communication is that which meets the demands and attention of the expected audience . Tone : Every set of communication is entrenched with a specific pattern of tone . The nature of communication tone is important in meeting the demands of the communication . Content : Content is the message to be delivered in any communication Content is determined by the specific purpose of the communication . The communicator creates all the necessary aspects that ensure the message context that is held by the communication is fully met . Content is synonymous to the subject which is the most important part of communication
