Yes there are a lot of multi billion companies who are interested to invest their money on a poor country , because of cheap labor . But if the officials of that country couldn 't contain themselves and becomes greedy , people will be affected . People will suffer more from this kind of behavior . People will have the hindrance to join , participate and communicate with the projects of certain officials if they know that official is corrupt . Who would want to deal business with him , if you know in the end you can 't trust that person if you know that in spite of being straightforward you will be fooled in the end .
