This has led to an improvement in the infrastructure in the new communities by the government while ignoring to develop the rural areas . This is because the government is earning much revenue from the mining industry and thus provides infrastructure that will ensure maximum exploitation of the area . With the new industries , new diseases are being experienced due to the effects of mining .
