Donald is a male African-American patient /client that was recently discharged from Miller Psychiatric Hospital and diagnosed as Schizophrenic with Paranoia Donald , in his middle age of 30 , grew up in Chicago and lived with his mom there ever since . Apparently and just recently , Donald reported depressive states and feelings of death wish . Moreover , a supervisee named Ann , is the attendant /counselor assigned for Donald 's case . She has been the counselor of Donald for the past few months .
