It is known to us that during many years , having juvenile justice had been one of the major issues which concerns the youth whom have violated the laws . Although most of the laws which are known to the public are addressing the issues however , there are still loop holes for the reason that teenagers are not suited with these types of sentences . Butts questioned the situation regarding the need for having juvenile justice and due to the argument that young people still does not have the right mind to judge their actions . Therefore , making them innocent of what they have done against the government . Butts stated that if this is the case , then the juvenile justice should be removed because making the young people suffer for the crimes they committed within a prison cell d with adults will be more unjust for their well being .
