It is known to us that during many years , having juvenile justice had been one of the major issues which concerns the youth whom have violated the laws . Although most of the laws which are known to the public are addressing the issues however , there are still loop holes for the reason that teenagers are not suited with these types of sentences . Due to this situation , Jeffrey Butts tackles the situation regarding juvenile justice and presents to

his readers the possibility of different situations with regards to having or not having a juvenile justice

Butts questioned the situation regarding the need for having juvenile justice and due to the argument that young people still does not have the right mind to judge their actions . Therefore , making them innocent of what they have done against the government . Butts stated that if this is the case , then the juvenile justice should be removed because making the young people suffer for the crimes they committed within a prison cell d with adults will be more unjust for their well being . In addition , Butts also discussed the past actions in which are done with justice delinquency systems in United States .
