A sales letter was written to Think Big Company , which is a sales company that is involved in wholesale and retail sale of beauty products in different parts of Kenya . The key purpose of this letter was to inform them that we had manufactured a new product that we would be introducing in the market

We also wrote a fundraising letter to

the same company , requesting them to partner with us in organizing a beauty fair , that was aimed at introducing the new product to the clients and also give the company a chance to market the other beauty products

Following a very successful beauty fair that we held in conjunction with Thing Big company , we wrote to them a thank you letter , to let them know that they had greatly torched our hearts as a company during the beauty fair due their contributions towards the event and being part and parcel of the event

This letter is a follow up of our earlier telephone conversion about our new product that will intend to introduce in the market latest next week

This is to inform you that we have manufactured a new product , a cream known as baby face cream and we will be introducing it in the market . It is therefore our sincere hope that you will be in a position to market our new product together with the rest of our products . A dozen carton of the cream will sell at a wholesale price of Kshs 750and at a retail price of Kshs 800
