The behavior of Plaza Hotel Pty in regard to the advertisement was misleading and deceptive in nature . What Marge and Homer expected to be a fulfilling evening on 6th of November turned out to be evening outing full of frustrations and agony . It all started with in the evening when they were to be collected from where they lived . The limousine which was to collect them and transport them to the theatre turned to be an ordinary Toyota

sedan and this was not enough to their surprise because it was not driven by a chauffeur but an ordinary hotel staff . The thrill of going to the theatre by the chauffeur driven limousine turned to be a normal ride to the theatre in a Toyota sedan .The hotel did not give advance information that there will be problem in transportation to the theatre but only learning from the hotel staff . Irrespective of booking early they were not notified about the changes in transportation . This was lack of concern to the customers and wanting management skills . It also seen some customer were more important than others because some were transported the limousine while the less important customers were transported by Toyota sedan irrespective of paying 1500 which is not an easy cash to come by
