HRM has a profound impact on Organizational Development . Training and mentoring along with motivation give the employees a chance to work better and to create a very healthy environment . The workers start to work more productively and a friendly and caring environment is created When the employees start to work more efficiently , Resource Strategies can be used more effectively to allocate more time and resources to an employee . The work done by the employees are further encouraged by Reward Strategies such as promotions , pay raises and encouragement by the management . Working Culture becomes friendlier which leads the organizations to become the breeding ground for creativity . Also Development Strategies such as training and instilling the organization 's values into an employees mind is one of the most valuable jobs of a Human Resource Manager to build organizational commitment
