In our world today , questions about animal rights are being raised There could be a chance that in the near future some animals perhaps a chimp or an orangutan will be called to the witness stand in a trial to appeal with our human culture 's cruelty to animals . Clearly , our view of where to draw the line between agents who have legal rights and those who don 't have any rights whatsoever has recently changed . We are now dealing with the question : who is entitled to rights of this kind

Animal rights have been an issue in our times today . They say that animals should have the same rights as we humans do . But there are controversy questioning on how we look at animals rights . Some animals today are being experimented at laboratories . Scientists say it is done for the better good of mankind . Some animals today are even cruelly slaughtered to serve humans high quality food . And some animals are made to participate into fights with so that man can entertain himself , which leads to cruelty in the side of the animals . However , this barbaric thought has made different changes in our society . There are now rights that are given to animals . It is even now included in the law of a nation that animal cruelty is a crime and is punishable by law . The awareness of man for the rights of the animals came forth when man also became aware of his need of his rights . Before some men have been treated as slaves and are not treated fairly . This changed situation changed because of the improvement of our morality Man has become aware of what is right and wrong and have applied to his law . And because of the improvement of human rights has also improved animals rights . An animal 's right before were judged by their owners now , it is judged by the whole society to whether the treatment to the animal is wrong or right based on their moral judgment . Justice to animals , like with humans , is now being implemented . But in a society there is imperfection . Some animals today , having equal rights as man are still experiencing the harsh domination of man . This callous people don 't have rights over the animals
