Animal Farm by George Orwell is the author 's most acclaimed book . It is a story about a farm in which the animals have rebelled against its owner in to gain independence . Snowball and Napoleon are the two head pigs , disagreement between them resulted into the expulsion of Snowball and Napoleon taking full and sole leadership of the farm Although Snowball 's expulsion

is harsh and unjustified , his departure from the farm proved to be essential in the stability , longevity , and continued independence of the farm because the animals became more united - only one leader could rule , One of them must give way , it just so happened that Snowball is the loser in their struggle

There can be only one leader in Animal farm , since there are two pigs that were assuming this role , one of them must fold . Snowball need not fold because he was forced out of the farm through the dogs that were educated ' by Napoleon . Two or more leaders calling the shots has never been an effective way of running a group .
