The 100th Monkey Syndrome started somewhere in South Pacific mostly occupied by monkeys . Some time , the place encountered a serious drought and food shortage that made these monkeys starve and crave for food When anthropologists found out the case of the inhabitants in the place they visited one of the islands in South Pacific . Upon knowing that there were sweet potatoes around , they started to teach the inhabitants ways to grub up the potatoes that would end up eating after digging . The solution eventually reached to other group of islands in South Pacific

br The story comes into a conclusion that all creatures , human and animal alike are connected and that our feelings , thoughts and our awareness are gathered in to establish our future . The syndrome greatly influences someone to transform his fears and negative feelings into something positive and useful for his existence

Working at a distance is more often than not , associated with diversity that molds men . Most of these men find themselves suffering from perennial problems if they work in person than by working at distance Employment could be one of the reasons for humans to work at distance

The various ways used by humans in this process often attempts to satisfy the human needs . While violent communication most likely calls for verdicts and demands where emotions are being apprehended . This emotion could possibly result to anger , irritation , and anxiety . Unlike nonviolent communication , violent communication frequently allows the needs to appear as an obligation

Animals lie by way of deception or camouflage in to protect themselves from all means of harm that may be caused by their predators In this way , they are not only protecting themselves but allow them to survive as well . They may also lie because of intelligence that spares themselves from punishment and embarrassment . An instance where a monkey may point to a cat the wrong thing it had done can save him from any punishment that may be imposed by his handlers

Consciously lying ' means that the person lying through his thoughts is aware of the lies that are circling around his mind . This time subconsciously lying may now exist wherein the mind is now ing the body to perform the lie . Thus , subconsciously lying will now be involving actions , gestures , and body language in to perform the lie

One should not believe everything that he hears in for him to stay away from restraint on his sense of worth , to avoid freaking out into something that 's not really happening or existing , and to reduce chances of loosing business and personal opportunities , improvements and benefits
