Happy Life ' is a British company which deals with weddings planning and organization due to the success it has registered in Great Britain the staff management has decided to expand the company 's activities in other three countries , namely Finland , Santa Lucia and India . In to be able to come up with an appropriate business plan , the company 's specialists have decided to analyze the microenvironment and macro environment of the above mentioned countries for the latter case , there is a need to develop a PEST analysis
