The affirmative Action Controversy
Affirmative Action The subject of Affirmative Action at the University of Michigan has long been a subject of debate statewide as well as campus-wide . The heated debate has resulted in two votes , each finding against the practice of Affirmative Action . I agree with the results of the two cases which resulted in the nullification of Affirmative Action practices . Research as well as common sense proves the policy to be unfair as well as psychologically damaging In Michigan , the termination of programs that give preferences to minorities was placed for the first

time in 2003 and for the second time in 2006 .
