Stress and Needs of Colleagues in Health Care

According to the National Center for Post Traumatic Stress Dis Stress is defined as the reaction people have to excessive pressures or other types of demand placed upon them . It arises when they worry that they can 't cope . There are two types of stresses i .e . positive and negative stresses

According to this project the target group of people is fellow colleagues in the health care facility and this health care facility deals with mental patients . The target audience is the same group

of health care colleagues who are in the department of psychiatry . This target group is special in a way because their environment of work is very demanding . Demanding because they head of the department wants the work or duties assigned to them perfectly done and in timely manner when the duties themselves involve patients who are not quickly responding accordingly . Therefore the patients pose stress for the health workers

The goal of this workshop in this long term project is to one prepare these psychiatry professionals to cope with stress in their workplace through understanding their environment of work , two , provoke them to regularly conduct seminars and more workshops to exchange ideas and thirdly to measure the progress of the previous recommendations . These are the three main objectives for the workshop which is to be accomplished
