Internet has become the event and the notion (phenomenon ) which has turned the human life towards moving to communication and informatization the tendencies in the development of the modern society have mainly technical character . The modern world is created on the basis of computer electronic systems , which have penetrated into all spheres of human activity . This situation is only aggravated with time and despite the fact that computer has existed since 1950s , the whole world already is within the military and civil networks this connection is so tight , that life without computers and their close interrelating cannot even be imagined . As a result , Internet has become a part of human life - its integral part which at times becomes a major problem of making a person come back to reality

Computer is the basic element of making humanity technically develop at present computer cannot be imagined without being connected to the global network , and even underdeveloped countries actively start to introduce Internet technologies at all levels of national existence . A person , who cannot work with computer today , can be equal to a person who cannot write and read - this is how much the culture of humanity has changed through the recent time moreover , a person who cannot and does not know how to use Internet in daily life can also be supposed as the one not able of achieving the necessary goals in life
