I have been a Yahoo ! Mail user for almost three years now and have committed no offense to the company or other users in terms of junk or spam messages . Your company was also able to give me a lot of help in

terms of connecting with my friends and even with my business matters as well

However , this month , I have been receiving a lot of suspicious messages and I do not know where they are coming from

This has been very inconvenient for me for they are using up a lot of my account 's memory especially when they really come simultaneously

Aside from this , these messages eat the minutes of my internet surfing hours because I still have to erase all of them when in fact , I should be reading more important messages in my account
