Writing a Complaint letter to HR
August 15 , 2008 Dear Sir I would like to bring to your immediate notice the fact that my authority and instructions are not being followed sincerely by Mr . DDD one of subordinates working under me . The event which has led me to initiate this correspondence needs to be described here so that you can understand clearly the reason behind my complaint It was at 2 :30 when I summoned DDD to my cubicle and asked him to know as to why he had not informed me that pin number changes were also

going to be included in the presentation . He told me that he had informed me yesterday afternoon to which I replied that I had first heard of this matter when he and Manager1 had been conversing about it yesterday evening . He got upset at this and cried that he would not let me accuse him of insubordination and insisted on taking the matter to Manager1 . However , when he could not connect to Manager1 he called Manager2 and asked for a meeting in the conference room with her
We went into conference room after shutting door he called up Manager2 and the first thing he mentioned was a distorted version : AAA is upset because I attended DR meeting yesterday . After this , he included the fact that I had become upset because he had included pin changes in the presentation agenda . I justified my stance by stating that pin changes were still under user acceptance testing and that I had not been informed of its inclusion . To this , Mr . DDD said that I was lying and had forgotten turns to authorize him . I replied that I might have forgotten turn authorization amongst a hundred other turns . To this , Mr DDD argued some more until Manager2 stressed the need of effective communication between us
Mr . DDD complained that it was more...
