This analyzes the different forms of language in terms of the use of personal pronouns and emotive words used by apprentice scholars in to get their message across to the reader it also questions the current practice of using such linguistic terms adequately and effectively convey the required message without the risk of offending or insulting the intelligence of the reader

THE USE OF PERSONAL PRONOUNS : `I ' AND `WE

There are two separate schools of thought

with regard to the possible benefits or adverse effects the use of such personal pronouns potentially have on the reader . Personal pronouns help the writer organize and arrange the structure of the text and facilitate the reader to move through the piece of literature with ease (Harwood , 2005 . It also establishes a relationship between the writer and the reader - Inclusive we personalizes the text , helping the writer construct a `chummy , `intimate ' tone , forming a bond between writer and reader Harwood (2005 ,
