Write a mini-syllabus for the following situation The BE Institute you work for has given you a very brief needs assessment of your learners : a group of three managers who work for the local branch of a Japanese import /export company . They are male , in their mid-thirties and have a rather homogeneous level of competence in English-they are lower-intermediate learners On the first day of class , you have to present them with the mini-syllabus ' for one specific target situation : your learners will have two directors of the parent company visiting in two

weeks . They have to introduce themselves and supply some personal information as well as information about their jobs and responsibilities and the departments in which they work

Note : It hasn 't been made clear the number of hours these students will be studying . Based on an average of 20 contact hours per week for a closed group course such as this whose aim is fairly reachable in the time required , I would give them the following information
