Write a comparison contrast essay of 600-750 words (4-5 paragraphs)
Over the last decade , advances in modern technology have enabled the world to come closer to our fingertips through the internet . With the speed and availability of information online , it has been possible to make an effective medium for distance learning Distance education dates back to at least as early as 1728 , when "an advertisement in the Boston Gazette .[named] 'Caleb Phillips , Teacher of the new method of Short Hand " was seeking students for lessons to be sent weekly '1 This is the earliest record of distance education and mail being the

medium . It has been for a few hundred years but classroom education has been around for even longer . Ever since humans needed to pass on skills and knowledge to one another the need for it arose .
