My Life My Life : In Focus First Name Last Name College / University you are enrolled at Professor 's Name Subject My Life : In Focus It is very human to reminisce , to turn the book of life once more as from the day it all began . Life indeed can only be lived forward , but at some point in our lives , it doesn 't hurt to pause and look back on the days that have passed . The time that has gone by can never be brought back . But in our storehouse

of memories , we can always keep them alive . As these most precious moments are the very ones that touch our hearts and souls and remind us that we are very much alive
It is on that moment when your mother gave birth to you that another chapter of her story turns a leaf and your life story begins . When my mom was due to give birth to me , she was in the heat of an argument with dad . Until her tummy ached and she was rushed to the hospital , she doesn 't want to see dad 's face . Dad didn 't know what to do until the doors of the delivery room was shut on his face . Then came the doctor dad was moved into tears . The woman who was shouting at him one minute just gave birth to his child . When dad went into mom 's hospital room and the nurse brought me in , they were speechless . As if they weren 't just angry at each other on their way to the hospital , dad just kissed mom and more than words could ever express , love was more than felt they know they 've just been blessed
If there was someone in my family who is very influential to me , I 'd say it is my dad . We were alike in more ways than one . He was a good conversationalist . I 'd enjoy every conversation we 've had from the pettiest issues to the hard lessons of life . He seems to always have an answer to the questions on my mind . He shared with me his wisdom as he guided me through life and love . I admired him for being able to act as dad in the very essence but still be my friend and confidant when everyone else seem to have turned me down
I woke up one morning just to see my mom crying at the bedside of my motionless dad . Stunned , I remember looking at things around me and nothing seems to make sense . For when you lose a loved one nothing seems to matter that you just cry over what might have been . I have never told dad I loved him and that 's what hurts the most . A loved one 's death , they say will change you . This has never been so true . As painful and unbearable as it was , it took my dad 's dismiss to teach me one of life 's most important lessons...
