Global warming has emerged as one of the most serious problems of the modern times . Global warming is the result of extreme industrialization and lack of concern for growing environment degradation . The developed countries such as the USA need to show increased maturity and attempt should be made to minimize the impact of global warming on the world environment

The USA , being a world leader , needs to provide leadership by establishing clear guidelines in to curb the negative impact of industrial and other activities on the global climate (Vergano 2003 The USA government needs to objectively analyze the necessity of its important role in the attempt to halt environmental degradation . Many other countries such as Russia and Japan have already showed their interest in safeguarding the world environment so that the future generation would be able to breathe fresh air
