The legal code created during Justinian 's rule was extremely comprehensive and very well organized that it had influenced the legal systems of most countries in the world even today . On top of this , it had the legal code created by Tribonian for Emperor Justinian was such that historians are also given a summary of the legal system that had stretched for a thousand years as well as the writings of the classical Roman jurists and legal philosophers
