The causes of such a conflict can be many ranging from a simple argument about how to do something more efficiently to maybe inefficiencies in communication or personal problems of the employees . Organizational factors such as culture , values , budget , etc may

This focuses on a specific workplace conflict between two employees of an organization a manager and a subordinate . One of the employees is interviewed to find out the causes and consequences of the conflict . This interview is shown in the Appendix .
