has a great CEO , Brabeck Peter , the CEO put a lot of emphasize on internal growth . This means that he want to sell more products by innovating and renovating the products which currently exist . Brabeck has geared the company toward a position in which they are now able to meet their internal growth targets . The second strength is that it is a low cost operator . This has allowed them to edge ahead with low cost of operation and to beat its competitors by manufacturing cheap products and finally the company is perceived to be the leader of innovation in the entire world .
