As China has a lower currency that home nation , the wages for the workers in the developing nation are significantly greater . It would be substantially lower cost wise , to manufacture the good in the developing nation than the home nation by the company . Through outsourcing it is also possible to control the cost of the product because the expenses at manufacturing are lower
Another big advantage of outsourcing manufacturing in China is that it would directly be able to improve the working conditions and safety standards at the workplace . Several well-known have set up manufacturing units in developing countries . If the labor conditions or human rights (such as child labor ) are poor , then cameras set up at the manufacturing sites would reveal it and this would result in huge loses Several labor organizations are also set up to implement fair working standards , safety rules and monitor that working conditions do not deteriorate
