The first reference that I have chosen is by Triana , who works as an Assistant Professor in Theology at the Northwestern University . It is with regards to three different areas that may be interrelated : - spirituality and creation , animal rights and ecofeminism . She considers that there is a strong relationship of how men dominate women and nature . She also offers a lot of information and research on Christian theology and ecofeminism . The author considers the Western society as one in which the nonhuman items would be put to meet the human needs She considers certain ideas of Christianity as destructive and also finds that due to these ideas newer religious systems are being formed She considers that both men and women require transformation . Christian ecofemisnism according to the author is an urgent change required for the development of theology in the West

The second reference that I have chosen is by Washbourn who is an assistant professor at the University of Manitoba . It is a critique on Wollstonecraft 's A Vindication of the Rights of Woman . Most of the ideas and the feeling were drawn from the French Revolution and meant for Christian Theology . If an individual depends fundamentally on another individual , then the dependent individuals get dehumanized . The same would happen to dependent women in a men 's world .
