Communication skill is an essential part of the development of every individual . Articulating lessons in a language understandable by the students , depending on age group , is a necessity in measuring a teacher 's competence

The teacher must also have the ability to encourage students to participate in class discussions in not only to promote the students ' communication abilities but the teacher 's as well . Keeping

an interactive atmosphere in the classroom creates large opportunities for progress for both student and teacher . The students can give valuable insight to the teacher regarding which areas of the lessons are giving them difficulty . Thus , helping the teacher pinpoint areas for improvement in the future and possibly determine better ways to explain these lessons

An interactive class also helps the teacher identify which students are having more difficulty and are in need of special attention . This develops the teacher 's ability to acknowledge differences in comprehension levels of students within a class and to respond to them properly . It makes it easier for the teacher to ensure that the lesson is well understood
