Although it is not an indication of the satisfaction levels of its employees , a good satisfaction rating from the customers means that it enjoys the patronage of people and therefore has a steadily supply of revenue and profit , which can be translated to better treatment and compensation for its workers and the upgrade of its facilities and services

Secondly , Southwest Airline does have unions , which encourages healthy dialogue between the employees and the management of the company Through this , I believe that the welfare of the company is balanced with the demands of the union within the company . In supporting unions , the company also affirms its passion for the welfare of its employees . With the support of the management and the workers of the Airline , a better corporate culture is fostered as evidenced by the excellent service provided by the Airline and the way that customers feel satisfaction
