The contributors to human relations theory and practice are : Douglas McGregor , Fredrick Herzeberg , Abraham Maslow , Elton Mayo , Chris Argyis Rensis Likert and David McClelland

In the event to explain how the human relations contributes to good management I shall discuss some theories and practice that relate to human relations . This school of thought was associated with Elton Mayo who did a research on the how human behaviour impacts on the place of work . He carried a research on Hawthorne effect .
