Good day to you . My name is Robert Nose and I want to thank you for being here . You could have been somewhere else but you chose to be here Above anything , it shows you love you children and that you want the best and nothing but the best for them . I respect your time and I want to assure you that these few minutes will be adequately utilized

My name is Robert Noce and for the next few minutes , I will be discussing about a salient issue and at the end of which

you will be required to make a decision - a decision that will surely affect the future of these children . You have to make a decision that will have a lasting effect on and change the lives of these kids forever . I will therefore implore you to listen with rapt attention and make the right decision

Educationally , I hold a degree in Business Administration and Engineering . Apart from these , I have earned a degree in basic foundations on Classical Studies and Humanities . Before now , my professional background was in the oil and gas industry where I poured eighteen years of my life into building and guiding of established and start-up organizations to the path of growth and results

I have in the past eighteen years of my life acquired experiences across different cultures and countries and I have discovered that every youth come to a stage in life that he or she has to make adulthood choices However , it shocks me to discover that these children make these decisions with little guidance from any quarter . I have also discovered that parents place much emphasis on the achievements of their children - which is equally important , while paying less attention on the self-fulfillment , completeness , and self-appreciation

I was once a youth that and I was faced with the same ordeal . I did what I had to do but there were things that I surely wanted to do - things that the school curriculum did not offer . I stand before you today and tell you that my heart aches seeing youths move through life unguided and without a figure to look up to . Every youth needs to be mentored and guided through life with care and understanding . This has been as issue that as filled my thoughts

Ladies and gentlemen , I stand before you like Martin Luther king and declare that I have a vision . I have the vision to become a mentor who guides and empowers young people to make the right choices while aiming for their academic heights . I see a youth who is educated , fulfilled joyful , and accomplished . I stand here to tell you that this vision of mine is not realizable without you and I need your help to help these children . The question is do they need help
