The Pacific Southwest Maintenance Management School has always been the academic institution of my personal choice for several reasons Primarily , the basic instinct for attending the school rests on the fact that it is seen as the instrument through which professional and personal growth could be achieved with the knowledge , skills , and abilities attained through the attendance of the said school

p I belong to the City of Pasadena 's Human Services and Recreation Department for 16 years already as a Recreation Services Specialist Being in such a position entails the need to be a catalyst and facilitator who is responsible for encouraging principles of collaboration and coordination with the goal of ensuring effective human service delivery and promoting projects that results to achieving healthy communities that likewise trickle down to families and individuals

With such responsibilities in the professional field , a chance to be in the educational field enables me to acquire relevant training especially with the dynamic setting of the human services and recreation field . In relation to this , there is the need for me to acquire the necessary training that will enable me to take on greater tasks and improve the quality of service for the community and the City of Pasadena . More specifically , taking on such endeavor increases my knowledge on facility maintenance , efficiency , productivity , and personal management performance

It is recently that I am honored to graduate from the Northern Arizona University 's Park and Recreation Management School where I am given sufficient training . However , there is the need within me to continuously search for knowledge and put this to proper application . I see the Pacific Southwest Maintenance Management School to be the best partner in fulfilling the missing gaps and establish a wider horizon for me . I believe that knowledge is a never-ending and free-flowing source for people to develop and with what I have now , I am seeing a great space left for my way towards a holistic being

From my end , a scholarship for such endeavor would greatly help as studying entails being apart from work and financial assistance would be of considerable assistance . As financial reasons forming a small part for obtaining a scholarship , it is considered that being able to acquire a scholarship likewise serves as a great motivation for me because of the idea that my education and goals are being considered as important with the scholarship as a sign of such . This will push me to achieve far greater heights but still keeps my feet on the ground with the thought that I owe my education to the community .
