Hospital administrators are an essential component of every healthcare facility . They serve an important role by providing guidance and by supervising activities that will facilitate healthcare management of a patient . I am highly driven to become a hospital administrator I would still want to maximize my talents and capabilities in the nursing field yet take this to a higher level of healthcare management . It is definitely thrilling to foresee that I may contribute to the improvement of a healthcare facility that will augment conditions of patients who are being treated . Hospital administrators function as essential members of a healthcare program , and I would like to see myself sharing my capabilities for the good of mankind , even at the administrative level of care

I would also want to make use of my nursing background and combine this with training in business administration so that I could help augment the conditions of patient care .
