This is one thing I 've learned during high school . I was part of the Dactylology club , an organization for students who likes dancing and dumb show . I participated in that group and by mingling with other people I learned new abilities and leadership skills

Being in that group , I was given the chance of sharing both my good and bad qualities . I also understand that people differ in personalities and everyone must adjust to the situation to avoid conflicts . In my home country , I used to be a member of the

basketball team and we made it to be the champion during our 10th grade basketball tournament . Through the said activities I 've learned how it feels to lead and to follow . In to be a good leader , you must establish camaraderie and respect among your team mates

Nothing is impossible as long as you know how to stand out as a leader I successfully made it to teach other members of the Dactylology club and I feel overwhelmed because I was able to help others . I also feel grateful when we won the championship because our hard work paid off
