Medical Health employees in my view should be given free health care services as they are exposed to airborne and blood borne contagious diseases , sharps injuries , and others as they attend to their patients This will mean that they have to be treated by their colleagues who when they get ill will also be attended to by them . Operating room employees are

exposed to different kinds of illnesses and as such , they should be well taken care of by the hospital or else they will not want to keep working in an environment that is negligent of their employees health

Medical health (operating room ) jobs are physically stressful because they work for longer hours as compared to other employees in the same field . They at times have to do with shifts which are not optional to anyone of them . On reaching their respective homes , these employees are not in a position to bond with their families as they want to rest before the next shift starts . When they get their pay slips , they , like other workers of the nation are charged medical fees yet they are the ones who provide the service . This forces some of the employees to go for an early retirement as they do not have the strength to work anymore owing to having strained physically .
