Paper Topic:

Why do Applied (or practical) anthropologists separate their work from academic anthropology

Code : Why do applied (or practical ) anthropologists separate their work from academic anthropology Why do you think they do this ? Is the basis of their work really that different ? How so .and they do have to prepare differently before beginning their projects

Because applied Anthropology involved helping cultural groups organizations , businesses , and governments solve a wide range of problems . While Academic Anthropology often present their work in a highly technical style , narrowly focused for specialists in the particular subfields of Anthropology , historically , Anthropologists conducted field research in to produce an

Ethnography , a book or long article that describes many aspects of a particular culture Because Anthropology is a very broad field of study

I think they do this so that Anthropologists will have a particular specialization for a specific work . And the basis of their work must be different because for example applied anthropology deals with businesses or governments while academic anthropology will be working on their Ethnography

In this case they will have to prepare differently before beginning their projects because practically they will be working on a specific project which is not the same , such as in the nature of the project and the kind of problems they will conduct the studies and approaches . This is so , because people have different cultures in a certain place or country . And the kind of situations with respect to what is that particular problem is all about .
