The key to empowerment of individuals as per Robbins is to make people understand that feelings of limitation are within their own minds . He has created a successful model by enabling the people to rethink power within them and then granting it momentum Thus people are able to improve their interpersonal relationships and also achieve wealth as well as happiness

Empowerment also enables people to better understand the beliefs that limit their own performance and transmit it in result based action . The power also enables people to connect with each other better thereby creating an enabling environment for performance through an emotional union .
