a ) Through the use of ANOVA and Nonparametric Tests , I first learned the procedures for measuring productivity to see if it is related to the level of competence of software engineers at work on a given project . I next learned how to find out if productivity also varies depending on the complexity of the projects , and on the scope of the project as well as changes made thereto . b ) Among the concepts and analytic tools that I will be able to apply in my workplace are Nonparametric Tests such as One-Way and Two-Way ANOVA using the Randomized Block Design , and the Chi-Square Test (e .g , for Goodness of Fit . I can henceforth apply them particularly when the data generated for getting answers are generally few , inconsistent and rather erratic . I expect to specifically be able to apply them in dealing with data to be used for making decisions regarding the effectiveness of the quality control measures of our company , the marketability of our individual products , and even the degree of motivation and satisfaction of our company employees
