Wedding Planning Feedback and General Opinion

The evaluation begins with a general feedback from the attendees of the wedding . A survey was conducted where a few close friends , the couple and some members of the family were asked a series of questions about the event and were asked for any other opinions that they had . As expected , the wedding was a big success . Everyone , including the bride and the groom , loved the idea of a Korean-Western themed wedding . The guests generally appreciated the dress theme , which was a welcome deviation from

the traditional wedding guests ' attires . Everyone loved the food . For many people , it was a first time with Korean cuisine but the menu turned out to be more popular than the Western one that accompanied . The Korean themed set up was the highlight . Not only was it considered new and unusual but very creative and exotic . So , all in all from the feedback , the event was a huge success

Research

The concept of taking the couple back to where they met was a very smart idea , always works with anniversaries and dates . Applying it to an event with the magnitude of a wedding only amplified the positive aspects of it . The SWOT analysis done was precise . Instead of two sets of attires one completely original set of clothing would have been good as well Something that would have an element of both cultures , yet retain the wedding 's ceremonial feel . That would have saved some costs . Otherwise the research done was concise and useful

Design

Firstly , the risk management committee 's decision to use electric lanterns that looked like flaming lanterns was a wise choice since the theme involved many flammable fabrics and decorations . The precautions taken were adequate . Again , the 2 portions of the event could have been integrated with one original , mixed attire , which would save time and money

Another thing to be noted is that there is no mention for an arrangement for children . Children of the guests should have been invited as well The Korean theme would have been a fun and learning experience for young adults and children . A separate seating arrangement and catering would have been good for them . Also , an arrangement could have been made for a Korean band as the wedding band , may be playing the song from their first date /meeting /dance together . That would have added to the memorable romantic idea

Planning

The planning process was excellent . There were no loopholes or faults Everything done beforehand proved to be quite helpful and avoided any delays and allowed room for errors , which were not there . The timing tempo and space issues were managed perfectly and sufficient attention was given to these key issues that make or break the event
