Eleventh , legislators , school administrators and policymakers should understand complicated but necessary role that the teachers do in molding students to become useful members of society in the future . Finally , the parents , the community and the teachers must join hands to their unified gold of giving the learners various and adventurous ways to explore , practice , and develop literacy
