Eutrophication is the excess enrichment of water leading to a bloom of primary producers in water . Anthropogenic activities (Overpopulation urbanization , industrialization and agriculture ) have led to increase in the amount of phosphorous and nitrogenous wastes that find their way into vast water resources leading to degradation of both aquatic life and quality of water . My sustainability and management plan on how to deal with eutrophication will involve doing an extensive research on the impact of eutrophication on marine and aquatic ecologies . There are well documented documentaries and research articles that have been done by ecologists detailing what ails our environment and the way forward which have to be studied well and hard facts noted . Several research stations have also to be visited to supplement the information from data archives and then from the two sources of information , concrete facts are to be drawn for presentation and teaching of stakeholders in environment conservation . The main stakeholders in this meeting are supposed to be farmers and industrialists that own small factories within the community .
