Infinitely Legal Tobacco

The United States has strict regulations regarding the use of substances that are considered dangerous and /or addictive . It is illegal to buy or use street drugs such as marijuana , methamphetamines , cocaine and heroin , and it is illegal to abuse prescription drugs or to take or sell them without a prescription . Even patients who use marijuana (or cannabis ) for medicinal purposes must live in the few states that allow it . In addition , those who choose to drink alcohol must stay within a certain limit in to drive or to

be out in public . Even though it is agreed upon by medical professionals and the public alike that tobacco use is dangerous , the United States government has not and will not wage a war in to stop its use
