Conclusion

Despite the broad context of decision-making and problem solving process projected by different organizations , it would be rational if we accepted at large that such models are important tools . They increase the credibility and functionality of such corporations . The aim and purpose of developing different problem solving identification and solving models is to increase process efficiency through a coordinated and well monitored flow of information across the different departments of the organization

Despite the complexity

and difference in such models , the basic idea of every business solving and decision making tool is to incorporate and align the business process into a functional base with which information is recorded , manipulated and transferred to different areas of concern that would wave rational performance of organizational functionality However , in the plight of choice in these models by an organization certain parameters and variables of interest should be incorporated . At one level , the statistical dependency between a decision-making and solving model should articulate to some basic fundamental factors that are modeled by the independent functions of the business . These include the size (which provide optimality between cost of model and its benefits , relative strength of solving the needs of an organization in terms of its mission , goals and objectives as well housing a projective correlation between the different structures within an organization Elsewhere , the value corresponding to the effect of stakeholders towards any model should be a foremost concept that should be incorporated . This is in view of the role of stakeholders as benchmark variables in the functionality of an organizations activity (William , 1999 ,

Seldom therefore , every choice of decision-making and solving models should significantly incorporate the standard variables of meeting the internal and external structures of an organization above meeting the worth of the stakeholders . As an important part of corporate management pattern , decision-making and solving models are tools with which the goals and objectives of the organization would be met . The choice of such models should be critically monitored so as to concur with the potentials of the corporation in terms of the immediate resources and expansionary opportunities (William , 1999 ,
