The video found in the Onion .com should not be taken seriously because it is a spoof , a parody that Onion .com makes on relevant issues like election and the failure of some of the features of the election system While the concerns about probable glitches in the software involved and used during electronic voting processes are legitimate , the `Die Bold representative ' talking to the news anchor is a character that hinted on issues like election conspiracies and

political manipulation which is unfounded and was used to humor and entertain the viewers . This particular show should not be believed and should not be taken seriously because it is a lampoon it is identical to stand up comedy acts where you poke fun at serious issues and have everyone have a good laugh at it

As for the issue of the people no longer trusting the election , it is something that only a competent and biased research would identify and ascertain . The opinion of the people about elections and the right to vote is very different from one another , and because of the extent of the number of the voting public , it is really difficult to ascertain completely and concisely the attitude of the people about the efficacy of election and how they still want to participate in it or not

There are many signs that lead to the belief that election is still important to most people , important enough to a number of people great enough that aspiring political leaders are doing everything they can so that they can assume office in a legitimate way as dictated in a democratic country .
