Yes , I agree that some CEOs are not leaders . A leader must be effective If the leader fails to become effective in governing a system , I don 't think he could still be called a leader because a leader comes in complete package and in it includes effectiveness . Some CEOs fail to become effective because of their character . The role of CEOs in a company is very vital , thus , it is important that they act and behave

as a true leader and not just a leader by position . Some CEOs have become leaders only by their position but are ineffective because they fail to reach out to the people within the company and bring out their tasks They have to reach out so the people would be able to trust them and that the CEOs would be able to inspire the people to work harder as a team . Maybe all CEOs are effective in boosting the company 's performance in the market . That 's how all CEOs must be . But , as said earlier leaders come in complete package . They must be the best at what they are doing and , alongside , must be able to manage the people within the company . The growth of the company is not only dependent on how good the CEOs are but how good the team works . CEOs must be able to make a team out of diversity a company is never a one-man...
