Introduction Different individuals have different and unique beliefs and outlooks in life . Some individuals have coinciding beliefs , while others have the exact opposite principles . Although this is the case , once an individual joins an organisation , he or she becomes one with the enterprise . He should believe in the same values , principles , and outlook of the organisation for him to work harmoniously within the company . It is important that in an organisation , all personnel be geared towards and committed to the same vision . Companies ' success in achieving their vision relies heavily on

the people that comprise the company . If the employees of the company do not share the same vision , the tendency is the failure of accomplishment of the vision (Abrahams 1999 . Moreover cooperation and synergy in the company will be lost . These could correspondingly lead to internal problems within the company . Although there are triumphant companies that started their vision as the product of the vision of their leaders , their vision would not be successful if they did not share such foresight with their employees (Bruce and Pepitone 1999 . Examples of these leaders are Walt Disney , Bill Gates and Herb Kelleher . Partaking dreams indicates helping employees witness how their own dreams can be included into the company 's vision . Visions that are only extensions of the ego of the leaders of the company are nonsensical and harmful to the company (Hamel and Prahalad 1996 Business leaders should realize that visions will serve as the guide and goal of the company...
