Introduction

Different individuals have different and unique beliefs and outlooks in life . Some individuals have coinciding beliefs , while others have the exact opposite principles . Although this is the case , once an individual joins an organisation , he or she becomes one with the enterprise . He should believe in the same values , principles , and outlook of the organisation for him to work harmoniously within the company . It is important that in an organisation , all personnel be geared towards and committed to the same vision . Companies ' success in achieving their vision relies heavily on

the people that comprise the company . If the employees of the company do not share the same vision , the tendency is the failure of accomplishment of the vision (Abrahams 1999 . Moreover cooperation and synergy in the company will be lost . These could correspondingly lead to internal problems within the company . Although there are triumphant companies that started their vision as the product of the vision of their leaders , their vision would not be successful if they did not share such foresight with their employees (Bruce and Pepitone 1999 . Examples of these leaders are Walt Disney , Bill Gates and Herb Kelleher . Partaking dreams indicates helping employees witness how their own dreams can be included into the company 's vision .
