Vision

Planning my future in the next five (5 ) years is an important component that I need to develop and look into . Knowing significant strengths and weaknesses can help supplement desired outcomes . Seeing this , my vision revolves around becoming an online instructor after I retire from my tenure as an educator

Assessing my current capabilities , I deem that there are areas that I need to work on and improve . I believe that these facets are significant for reaching my end goal and justify important parameters that can help increase competence and productivity p

Looking at my overall strengths as an educator , I feel that I have expanded my scope and capabilities through my experience and study . I was able to take advantage of teaching strategies in both language arts and math for grades 5 and 6 . This provided the necessary skills to support students who need support and help . Likewise , it also cultivated my ability to reach out and address education and communication regardless of cultural backgrounds and affiliations

On the other hand , there are also weaknesses that I need to rethink and improve on . For example , my exposure to 7th and 8th graders was not as good . They showcased intolerable and rude actions . At the same time this tested my patience and often getting upset . Also , the abrupt changes in my position and responsibilities also take a toll in my performance . Seeing this , I feel that I need to rethink this environment and look into inconsistencies with my goals and responsibilities...
